Rose Grant, CPA, MST, CGMA –    

 

 

 

 

 

Rose GrantRose Grant graduated with a BS in Accounting in 1985, and passed the CPA exam on her first sitting in 1987. She later earned a MS in Taxation. She started her own firm in 2001, became a shareholder of East, Vander Woude, Grant & Co., P.C. in 2007, and in 2014, opened Grant and Williams, Inc. She has practiced in South Dakota, Minnesota, and Connecticut.

 

In 2012 Rose earned the accreditation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the AICPA.  Her practice focuses on small business and individual taxation, as well as estate and trust work.   She also has experience in employee benefit plan and governmental auditing, and compliance issues.  Rose is a member of the AICPA, the AICPA Tax Section,  and the SD CPA Society.  She is currently licensed in Iowa and South Dakota. She volunteers as Treasurer of the Lincoln High School Bandparents Association, and as a Board Member of Bethany Lutheran Homes. She also sits on the City of Sioux Falls Audit Committee.

 

Aleene Williams

 

 

Aleene Williams, CPA – Aleene Williams graduated in 1989 from Black Hills State University with a BS in business administration and accounting.  She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1993.  She has practiced in Wyoming, Iowa and South Dakota with several firms auditing, preparing compilations and tax returns for individuals as well as various types of businesses.  Her practice focuses on governmental, not-for-profit and small business audits and annual report assistance.  Aleene is a member of the AICPA and the SD CPA Society.  She is currently licensed in Iowa, Wyoming and South Dakota.

Ladonna Clark, Enrolled Agent, joined our team after a full career with the Internal Revenue Service.  She has a solid background in almost all tax topics and is adding clients that need the kind of knowledge and insight that she can provide.  She has an interest in farm returns, as well as tax preparation and representation before the IRS.
